Please feel free to call us and be sure to read our terms and conditions if you need our help, whether it be a simple question or about a purchase.

What payment options do you accept?

How much is postage?

Mainland UK orders cost £1.50 flat rate postage and international orders will ship for just £3.50, regardless of destination.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 - 5 working days, though peak times (such as after Create & Craft shows) can impact on how long dispatch/delivery time takes.

How do I get in touch about stocking your products in my store?

Unfortunately at this moment in time we aren't able to wholsale our products. If you are interested, please do get in touch and we will give you an estimate for when we may be able to accept your wholesale order.

Do you manufacture stamps?

Yes, as of 1st Jan 2012 Dreamees officially became a manufacturer of polymer plates/stamps. We are in the process of setting up information regarding manufacturing for companies though do supply personalised stamps to customers at affordable prices.

Do you do custom stamps?
Unfortunately at this time, I'm unable to design stamps custom.

If I have a problem with one of your products, how do I go about getting it sorted?

You have up to 30 days from purchase date to let us know about a faulty product - if you let us know within this 30 day window, we will sort out a return, inspection and replacement as we see fit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and issue replacements for faulty products that aren't mentioned to us within 30 days of the purchase. All faulty products MUST be returned in their original packaging.

If you have a problem with a product that we've supplied to Create & Craft, please contact them directly to resolve the issue.

Should my stamp have the centre missing?
Yes. For example, our snowglobe stamps are sometimes manufactured with a stamp in the centre - this means we cut it out during production. It is intentional and so long as the stamp looks cut rather than torn, it has passed our checks before being packed and IS meant to be that way - it all depends upon who made and packed the stamp.

How do I store your stamps?

We suggest you store all Dreamees stamps in their original packaging, at room temperature.

When you use the term 'original artwork' what does that really mean?

That means that I used my graphics program and mouse to draw an image. I didn't buy them from an artist, like various other CD Crafting Companies. I create the topper, which you will NOT see on any other CD, and then create backing papers and accessories to match. I will not be using another persons artwork to fund my own. I am an independant artist and will continue to be.

What if my CD doesn't work?

It will. We check every CD we produce and can guarantee that they will work perfectly and you will love them! If by any chance you do come across a problem, we're more than happy to investigate the issue and solve it as we see fit.

Do you have a maximum usage, eg. 200 cards?

No, you can use all our products to create as many cards as you like. You are free to use them a million times if you wish and we don't mind. I personally get instantly disappointed when I have to watch the amount of times I use something, just in case. I don't want you to feel like that with my products.

Can I use your CDs with a graphics program?

Yes. All the sheets on the CD are in jpg format, meaning you can use them with any graphics program.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes. We accept cheques that are made payable to Dreamees. If choosing this as your payment option, an address will be supplied. We do not dispatch items until the cheque has cleared.
