The following information is our terms of wholesale. You will be required to return a signed copy of these upon opening an account with us. We do not make exceptions to these terms under any circumstances. Please send in an enquiry to trade@dreamees.org.uk  if you are interested in opening an account.

WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

All orders are accepted by Dreamees when the following terms are obliged.

 

1. Prices & Products

All prices invoiced will be

a) Those ruling at the date of despatch

b) Inclusive of delivery to the UK mainland (Subject to condition 2)

The company reserves the right to alter prices at any time prior to delivery.

The only products sold at trade prices will be original Dreamees products. We do NOT resell any products such as ink, templates, etc at trade.

PLEASE NOTE: You are not permitted to sell Dreamees products at events such as Papercraft shows unless cleared with us first. We are not prepared to supply you with our products if you intend to be competition - it is unfair to both us and you.

2. Carriage and Packing / Minimum Order Value

a) Carriage is free on all orders, and the minimum order value is £50. All orders over £150 will receive a free demo day or organised class at their venue, depending on the distance from our registered base.

b) There is a minimum quantity of 3 per product, per order.

 

3. Dispatch

a) Every effort will be made to dispatch orders to the address given within 1 – 5 working days. All orders will be sent first class recorded delivery and no action will be taken against lost goods until 14 days has passed.

b) The company reserves the right to make delivery in instalments and, in the case of low stock, tender a separate invoice in respect of each instalment.

 

4. Damage/Loss in Transit.

a) The company accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer's failure to comply with our carrier's requirements with respect to notification of damage, shortage or non-delivery of goods.

b) Goods should be inspected on receipt and damage/shortages advised in writing to Dreamees within 7 days.

c) Damaged goods must be retained for inspection at the company's discretion.

 

5. Returns

a) Good will not be refunded if packaging is disturbed, though any faulty products will be accepted.

b) Returned goods must be sent carriage paid.

 

6. Payment

Initial orders from new customers will be due for payment on a Pro–Forma basis (payment prior to dispatch). We do not offer a sale or return or payment upon sale account. 

 

7. Risk and Title

Risk shall pass to the customer when the goods are delivered to or collected by the customer or his agent. 

 

8. Retention of Title

The goods ordered shall remain the property of the supplier until such time as payment in full has been received and cleared. In the event of any default in payment the supplier reserves the right to reclaim the goods concerned.
